Keto Friendly Tahini Coconut Smoothie
This tasty smoothie with nutty tahini and rich coconut milk is a keto-friendly and high-fat blend that you can serve for breakfast, as a snack or dessert, too.

Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 3 packets Whole Earth Stevia Leaf & Monk Fruit zero calorie sweetener
- 6 tsp tahini paste
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp toasted unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

- In blender, combine coconut milk, avocado, Whole Earth packets, tahini paste, coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla and cinnamon until blended. Add ice cubes; purée until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with toasted coconut and sesame seeds.
