  • 8 oz (1 cup) cold brew
  • Ice
  • ¼ pumpkin cream (recipe below)
  • Garnish with pumpkin spice or star anise

Preparation

PUMPKIN CREAM COLD BREW

  1. Fill 16 oz glass with ice.
  2. Pour 8 oz of cold brew over ice.
  3. Top with pumpkin cream.
  4. Garnish with additional pumpkin spice and star anise.

PUMPKIN CREAM

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl or bowl of a stand mixer.
  2. Using a whisk, electric hand beater or whisk attachment for the stand mixer, whip all ingredients together until a soft whipped texture is achieved.
  3. Transfer to a sealable storage container and chill. This mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
