

Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients
PUMPKIN CREAM COLD BREW
- 8 oz (1 cup) cold brew
- Ice
- ¼ pumpkin cream (recipe below)
- Garnish with pumpkin spice or star anise
PUMPKIN CREAM
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 packets of Whole Earth Stevia Leaf & Monk Fruit with Erythritol sweetener
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
PUMPKIN CREAM COLD BREW
- Fill 16 oz glass with ice.
- Pour 8 oz of cold brew over ice.
- Top with pumpkin cream.
- Garnish with additional pumpkin spice and star anise.
PUMPKIN CREAM
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl or bowl of a stand mixer.
- Using a whisk, electric hand beater or whisk attachment for the stand mixer, whip all ingredients together until a soft whipped texture is achieved.
- Transfer to a sealable storage container and chill. This mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
