

Rum Fizz
A bubbly cocktail blend of smooth rum and a hint of citrus, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
LEMONGRASS SYRUP
- 1 cup Whole Earth Simple Syrup
- 2 ea lemongrass stalk bruised
- 1 inch ginger whole peeled & bruised
- 2 cinnamon stick
- 4 clove whole
RUM FIZZ
- ½ oz orange juice
- 1 lime juice
- ½ oz lemongrass syrup
- 2 oz white rum
- 3-4 oz sparkling water
Preparation
SYRUP
Combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit for at least 1 hour, strain and refrigerate
RUM FIZZ
- Fill a collins glass with ice and pour orange juice into glass
- Add lime juice, rum and syrup into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds
- Strain into collins glass
- Finish with sparkling water (flavored or unflavored)
- Garnish with mint and lime
