Rum Fizz

A bubbly cocktail blend of smooth rum and a hint of citrus, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

LEMONGRASS SYRUP

  • 1 cup Whole Earth Simple Syrup
  • 2 ea lemongrass stalk bruised
  • 1 inch ginger whole peeled & bruised
  • 2 cinnamon stick
  • 4 clove whole

RUM FIZZ

  • ½ oz orange juice
  • 1 lime juice
  • ½ oz lemongrass syrup
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 3-4 oz sparkling water

Preparation

SYRUP

Combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit for at least 1 hour, strain and refrigerate

RUM FIZZ

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice and pour orange juice into glass
  2. Add lime juice, rum and syrup into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds
  3. Strain into collins glass
  4. Finish with sparkling water (flavored or unflavored)
  5. Garnish with mint and lime
