

Lavender Vanilla Iced Latte
A soothing lavender vanilla iced latte with a perfect balance of floral and creamy sweetness.
Yield: 12 oz
Ingredients
- 6 oz of freshly brewed Espresso, cooled slightly
- 2 tbsp lavender vanilla syrup made (recipe below)
- 6 oz milk of your choice (2% or oat milk recommended)
- ¼ tsp purple sweet potato powder
- 1 tsp hibiscus powder
- Dried Lavender sprigs for garnish
Lavender Vanilla Monk Fruit Syrup
- 1 cup Whole Earth Stevia Leaf, Monk Fruit & Allulose Sweetener
- 1 cup water
- ⅓ cup dried culinary lavender
- 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
Preparation
Whole Earth Lavender Vanilla Syrup
- Place Whole Earth Sweetener and water in a small saucepan with the lavender and the vanilla bean.
- Whisk mixture over medium-low heat until sweetener dissolves. Cook for an additional minute.
- Allow the mixture to cool. Strain through a fine mesh sieve in order to remove the lavender and vanilla bean.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Iced Latte
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the espresso over the ice.
- In a separate glass, foam milk of your choice together with 2 tbsp of the lavender syrup, ¼ tsp of purple sweet potato powder and 1 tsp of hibiscus powder.
- Pour foamed lavender milk over ice and espresso.
- Garnish with lavender sprigs and serve immediately!
