Lavender Vanilla Iced Latte

A soothing lavender vanilla iced latte with a perfect balance of floral and creamy sweetness.

Yield: 12 oz

Ingredients

  • 6 oz of freshly brewed Espresso, cooled slightly 
  • 2 tbsp lavender vanilla syrup made (recipe below) 
  • 6 oz milk of your choice (2% or oat milk recommended) 
  • ¼ tsp purple sweet potato powder
  • 1 tsp hibiscus powder
  • Dried Lavender sprigs for garnish 

Lavender Vanilla Monk Fruit Syrup 

Preparation

Whole Earth Lavender Vanilla Syrup

  1.  Place Whole Earth Sweetener and water in a small saucepan with the lavender and the vanilla bean. 
  2. Whisk mixture over medium-low heat until sweetener dissolves. Cook for an additional minute. 
  3. Allow the mixture to cool. Strain through a fine mesh sieve in order to remove the lavender and vanilla bean. 
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. 

Iced Latte 

  1. Fill a glass with ice and pour the espresso over the ice. 
  2. In a separate glass, foam milk of your choice together with 2 tbsp of the lavender syrup, ¼ tsp of purple sweet potato powder and 1 tsp of hibiscus powder.  
  3. Pour foamed lavender milk over ice and espresso. 
  4. Garnish with lavender sprigs and serve immediately!
