  1. Combine cranberries and water in medium saucepan. Bring just to boiling on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Boil gently, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until skins pop.
  2. Remove from heat; mash slightly. Stir in the Monk Fruit with Erythritol. Refrigerate, covered, several hours before serving.
