Ingredients

INGREDIENTS FOR CHIPS

  • 3 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp Whole Earth Monk Fruit with Erythritol
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp chipotle powder

INGREDIENTS FOR DIP

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place two wire racks on 2 large rimmed baking sheets. Toss sweet potatoes in oil.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together spices, Whole Earth and cornstarch. Sprinkle over the sliced sweet potatoes and toss to coat.
  3. Place sweet potatoes on the wire racks in a single layer. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until crispy and dry to the touch.
  4. While chips cool, make dip by mixing together sour cream, Whole Earth, chipotle powder, and chives. Serve with the sweet potato chips.
