

Vanilla Cinnamon Latte
Sip on the warmth of vanilla and cinnamon while enjoying the creamy decadence of coconut. A truly delightful treat to elevate your coffee experience.
SERVES 1
Ingredients
VANILLA CINNAMON SIMPLE SYRUP
- 1 cup Whole Earth Monk Fruit with Erythritol simple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon ground
- ⅛ tsp xanthan gum (if desired)
CINNAMON SWEETENER MIXTURE
- ½ cup Whole Earth Monk Fruit with Erythritol
- 2 tbsp cinnamon, ground
VANILLA CINNAMON LATTE
- ¼ cup espresso
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp vanilla-cinnamon syrup (reserve one tbsp for rimming glass) (see recipe)
- 1-2 tbsp coconut whipped cream
Preparation
VANILLA CINNAMON SIMPLE SYRUP
- Combine all ingredients in small pot and bring to a soft boil
- Once the syrup begins to simmer, whisk in xanthan gum
- Remove from heat and let sit for at least 1 hour, refrigerate
CINNAMON SWEETENER MIXTURE
- Add Whole Earth sweetener and cinnamon in a small bowl and stir together until evenly mixed
- Store in air-tight container
LATTE
- Combine milk and vanilla-cinnamon syrup in small pot over medium heat and whisk or use immersion blender until milk has a frothy consistency (about 4-5 minutes)
- Place one tbsp of syrup on small plate or shallow container (big enough to fit the glass)
- Place cinnamon sweetener mixture on another plate
- To rim the glass, dip the whole rim (or just a section) in syrup, then dip into the sugar mixture
- Pour espresso in the bottom of mug, then pour milk and use a spoon to lay froth on top
- Top with coconut whipped cream
