When it comes to crafting our stevia sweetener, quality is queen. Our process for getting stevia from leaf-to-table is grounded in simple techniques.

STEP 1

Stevia leaves are harvested from the fields and gently dried. We crush the dried leaves and send them onto extraction.

STEP 2
Extraction
Our dried, crushed stevia leaves undergo a process of hot water extraction to remove the sweet parts of the leaf.

STEP 3
Blending
We dry the stevia leaf extracts into powder and blend them with other ingredients to deliver a tasty sweetener with zero calories per serving.
