

Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie
A creamy peanut butter and jelly smoothie that blends nostalgic flavors into a delicious treat!
Yield: 1 smoothie
Ingredients
PB layer
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 banana, frozen
- ¼ cup oats
- ⅓ cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp unsweetened greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Whole Earth Monk Fruit with Erythritol sweetener or Whole Earth Stevia Leaf, Monk Fruit & Allulose Sweetener
Jelly layer
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp Whole Earth Monk Fruit with Erythritol sweetener or Whole Earth Stevia Leaf, Monk Fruit & Allulose Sweetener
- ¼ cup water
Preparation
- Place the ingredients for the peanut butter layer in a blender- peanut butter, banana, oats, coconut milk, yogurt and Whole Earth Sweetener. Blend on high until everything is thoroughly blended.
- Pour the peanut butter layer into a tall glass and stick it in the freezer while you make the jelly layer.
- Rinse out your blender.
- Place the raspberries, spinach leaves, Whole Earth sweetener and water in the blender. Blend on high until the jelly layer is smooth and thoroughly blended.
- Remove the glass from the freezer and pour the raspberry layer on top.
- It should stay separated, but it’s fun to take a straw and mix it up a bit.
- Enjoy immediately!
