

Spiced Scotch Sour
A bold spiced Scotch sour infused with chai tea for a warm, citrusy twist on a classic cocktail.
Yield: Two 5 oz cocktails
Ingredients
- 3 oz Scotch
- 1 ½ oz lemon juice
- 2 oz chai tea
- 4 packets of Whole Earth Stevia Leaf, Monk Fruit & Allulose Sweetener
- 2 egg whites
- 1 strip of fresh orange peel
- Fresh orange peel, for garnish
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Preparation
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add scotch, lemon juice, chai tea, sweetener packets, egg whites and a fresh slice of orange peel.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into two coup glasses. Garnish with fresh orange slices and Maraschino cherries.
Non-alcoholic alternative
Replace the scotch with 2 oz of black tea and increase the chai to 3 oz. Proceed with the rest of the instructions to make a delicious mocktail!
