Chocolate Chip Cookies
Classic chocolate chip cookies—because some things are perfect as they are!

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
- 10 tbsp unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- ½ cup Whole Earth Brown Stevia Leaf, Monk Fruit and Allulose Sweetener
- ½ cup Whole Earth Stevia Leaf, Monk Fruit and Allulose Sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Sugar Free Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Flaky Sea Salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl fitted with the paddle attachment of a stand mixer, mix together the softened butter and both brown and white sweeteners until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time and mix until slightly frothy.
- Add in the peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Mix in the chocolate chips and let dough rest in the fridge for an hour.
- Scoop out dough into roughly 2 tbsp sized balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle each cookie with flaky sea salt.
- Baking in the oven for 10-12 minutes, turning the tray halfway through.
- Allow the cookies to cool and enjoy!
