Shirley Temple
A bubbly classic made with crisp ginger ale and grenadine for that perfectly sweet, nostalgic sip.
Two 5oz cocktails
Ingredients
- 8 oz Diet ginger ale
- 1.5 tbsp grenadine syrup (see recipe below)
- Ice
GRENADINE SYRUP
- 1 cup Pomegranate Juice
- ¾ cup Whole Earth Stevia Leaf, Monk Fruit and Allulose Sweetener
- 1 tsp orange blossom water
GARNISH
- Sugar Free Maraschino Cherries, for garnish
Preparation
GRENADINE SYRUP
- Combine the pomegranate juice and sweetener in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until the sweetener is fully dissolved in the pomegranate and the mixture thickens slightly.
- Add orange blossom water.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
THE DRINKS
- Fill two glasses with ice.
- Add 4 oz ginger ale and 1.5 tbsp of grenadine syrup into each glass.
- Top with maraschino cherries and enjoy!
