Coconut Water with Almond Coffee Foam
Refreshing coconut water topped with a light almond coffee foam for a subtly sweet, tropical-meets-coffee twist.
Two 10 oz Coffee Drinks
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp instant coffee or espresso
- 4 tbsp Whole Earth Stevia Leaf, Monk Fruit and Allulose Sweetener
- 4 tbsp hot water
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 2 cups coconut water, chilled
- Ice
Preparation
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the instant coffee, sweetener, and hot water vigorously, until mixture becomes thick and frothy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add in almond extract and whisk for another minute.
- Fill two glasses with ice. Pour the chilled coconut water over the ice.
- Pour the whipped almond flavored coffee over the coconut water and enjoy!
