CARDAMOM CHAI TEA

Ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 bags black tea
- 1 cup 1% low fat milk
- 4 packets Stevia Leaf & Monk Fruit 0 calorie sweetener
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
Pour boiling water over tea bags into a 2-cup glass measure. Let steep 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags.
Heat milk in a 4-cup glass measure in microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Stir in Stevia Leaf & Monk Fruit and spices. Whisk until frothy and well blended. Stir in hot tea.
Divide tea mixture evenly between 3 mugs and serve.
