CARDAMOM CHAI TEA

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 4 bags black tea
  • 1 cup 1% low fat milk
  • 4 packets Stevia Leaf & Monk Fruit 0 calorie sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation

  • Pour boiling water over tea bags into a 2-cup glass measure. Let steep 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags.

  • Heat milk in a 4-cup glass measure in microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Stir in Stevia Leaf & Monk Fruit and spices. Whisk until frothy and well blended. Stir in hot tea.

  • Divide tea mixture evenly between 3 mugs and serve.
