Stevia Leaf Extract

• Derived from the stevia plant
• The extract is made by steeping dried, crushed stevia leaves in hot water and filtering out the sweet compounds called steviol glycosides.
• The purified steviol glycosides are about 200x-300xs sweeter than sugar.

Monk Fruit Extract

• Derived from the monk fruit, a small melon from Southeast Asia
• The extract is made by crushing the fruit, infusing with hot water, and filtering out the sweet compounds called mogrosides. 
• The extract is about 150-200x sweeter than sugar.

Agave Nectar

• The sweet juice is pressed from the agave plant, filtered and heated
• Used as a carrier for stevia and monk fruit extracts
