Erythritol

• A sugar alcohol with zero calories that naturally occurs in fruits like pears, melons, and grapes
• Whole Earth erythritol is made by fermenting glucose from non-GMO corn
• Less likely to cause digestive issues compared to some other sugar alcohols

Stevia Leaf Extract

• Derived from the stevia plant
• The extract is made by steeping dried, crushed stevia leaves in hot water and filtering out the sweet compounds called steviol glycosides.
